Tony has been in the staffing and recruiting business either directly or peripherally his entire life. It is in his DNA. In fact, his family owns Central Ohio's oldest & largest staffing firm (Dawson-since 1946).

 

Tony began working in the staffing industry as a Permanent Placement Counselor after attending Ohio State University. He grew up and graduated from Upper Arlington High School. Tony worked for Dawson in both cities.  Tony ventured out on his own in January 2010, establishing Career Options, LLC. Tony has a proclivity for finding "Rock-Star" candidates and no search is perfunctory.

 

He has an unrivaled pipeline of passive candidates he has accumulated in a lifetime of being in the business in every industry. Most important to Tony is building relationships with employers & candidates. Career Options is an entirely relationship (not transaction-based) firm. You will not find a professional with more passion, as he is available to clients twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. It is not work when you love what you do.
