A dynamic transactional boutique law firm in Beachwood, Ohio focusing on real estate, business law, litigation, secured lending, tax, and estate planning and administration. We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our firm as an associate attorney focusing on transactional real estate, financing and business transactions.

 

The ideal transactional attorney candidate will possess 3-7 years of related experience in real estate acquisition and financing, commercial leasing, and complex real estate and business transactions. The candidate must also have advanced technological skills and be admitted to the Ohio Bar.
