Responsibilities

Perform regular demand maintenance to assigned units – plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry.

Respond to on-call emergencies (rotating on-call schedule).

Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, taking pictures, and work in progress statues.

Conduct preventive maintenance inspections.

Maintain an organized parts and work area.

Use every opportunity to build technical skills related to the work needed in the portfolio.

Support the Site Managed Maintenance Team by helping members to complete work, grow and expand their skills.

Maintain property curb appeal.
